School tours available at the sewage treatment plants

Excursion programs are available for students in year 3 to VCE at the Western Treatment Plant and for students in year 7 to VCE at the Eastern Treatment Plant. Classroom activities linked to VELS can be downloaded to use before or after your visit. Discover how sewage is treated and cleaned to produce recycled water. Watch science and technology at work and challenge your perceptions of sewage as a resource.
