What is your opinion about developing and using recycled water?

  1. Go to The Source December 2001 - Young people support increased water recycled
    • Read the students' opinions about recycled water. Which uses were supported; which were not?
    • Conduct your own research study about these issues by questioning students in another class. You will need to work in groups to prepare the following:
      • An introduction about water demand and use
      • A description about how water can be treated to recycling standard.
      • Outline all the possible uses that can be made of recycled water.
      • Write a series of questions for the class you are to interview to ascertain their opinions about using recycled water.
      • Conduct your research and display your findings in interesting ways (diagrams, tables etc) in a PowerPoint presentation.
